Dear Friends,

“Then they went in and did not find the body of the Lord Jesus. And it happened, as they were greatly perplexed about this, that behold, two men stood by them in shining garments. Then as they were afraid and bowed their faces to the earth, they said to them, ‘Why do you seek the living among the dead? He is not here, but is risen!’”

Luke 24:3-6a

The world was changed by this statement: “He is risen!” All of time is divided B.C. and A.D. Jesus humbled Himself, came to earth and lived a sinless life, paid for our sins and took our punishment upon the cross, rose from the tomb, and now reigns as King of kings, Lord of lords, omniscient—all knowing, omnipotent—all powerful, omnipresent—all encompassing. He was the first to rise from death among the billions who have received life in Him. Every knee will bow and eventually every tongue will confess that He, indeed, is Lord.

The Crowd – Tanzania

It is our privilege to take this message of life, health, and wholeness to the world. Our A Light to the Nations team recently returned from  Mwanza, Tanzania, E. Africa, where again we saw the power and love in the Name of Jesus. Seeing thousands won to Him, thousands healed from disease in His Name, hundreds more delivered from demonic powers by this Name above all names continues to build our faith and give us a desire to do even more. May you believe, and receive your faith and hope restored during this amazing Easter Season

Our caring for kids in Mexico continues to run smoothly due to your faithful giving and prayers. Our workers and cooks have proven themselves loyal, faithful, and trustworthy. Parents of the school children continue to tell us how their kids want to pray before their meals at home, “Like Randy and Sandy”. They weekly hear Jesus’ Name, when they pray with us before eating their school lunch, and we know it is having an impact.

We continue assisting with other projects as our finances allow. Sandra has been able to meet with various Mexican friends and encourage them in their faith. They have seen answers to prayers for marriage problems: divorce papers torn in two. Answers to a heart’s cry to God for help in the night, when the next day “everything was different, better.” We have provided a Family Study Bible, and The Purpose Driven Life book (in Spanish) to these friends hungering for more from God. We have been able to help pay for computer repair for Juan, our faithful lunch helper from Boca de Tomatlan. Through special sponsorship, Cecelia is attending school to become a cook. We are looking for help to sponsor Juan’s education to become a licensed chef.

Thank you so much for your help. Please remember us and the children and helpers in your prayers, and we will pray for you!

Love and blessings,

Randy and Sandra Barr
